EDNELL Heshan of Team ERE and Edward Pujol of VanniTec-Staging Lanes racing team broke a long drought when they finally won separate class eliminator titles last Jan. 13 at Omni.
Heshan was overall champion of the 2007 drag racing opener of the Angeles Hot Rod Association and PDRF. Earlier, he bagged the Hot Street bracket class title, in Benjie Panganiban’s SiR-look Civic VTi, with a 14.93 @ 94.84 against Kanzai’s Fermin Chan (15.96 @ 83.93). CabSpeed’s Paolo Baguisa (14.83 @ 94.78) took the third spot.
